When you list us as your agent in the referral part of your application, the properties will be the ones to pay us directly once you've moved and settled in your new place.

This ensures that everyone is happy – you with your new apartment, the properties with their new tenants, and us knowing we helped make it happen.

  • Do I have to meet with an agent to use your service?

For communication everything can be done via text, email or phone. There are occasions where it is necessary for a client to tour the property with an agent but most of the time, a face to face interaction is not required. Of course, we would love to meet you as the better we know you, the better we can help!

  • For pet-related questions like are pets allowed, what kind of pets are allowed, how many are allowed, etc.
